Are you conflict driven or a conflict-avoider? Are you good at negotiating? How do other people think you handle arguments? In the Conflict Management workshop, Organizational Psychologist Jasper Vogel will tell you all about the psychological background of conflicts. Next, you will take part in a simulation game in which you will experience a negotiation situation and work on effective tactics to resolve group conflicts. These skills are applicable in day-to-day situations, as well as in professional settings.
